Sanctuaries of New Zealand Conference Visit

The annual Sanctuaries of New Zealand Conference was this year in Nelson and the Brook hosted today's field trip.

The three day conference was based at Bridge Valley Camp and a field trip to the Brook Sanctuary was a highlight for many of the attendees. The weather was fantastic and the sanctuary walk experience did not disappoint with bellbird, tui, and waxeyes in good voice. A pair of weka also added the icing on the cake for one of the groups. The volunteers did a fantastic job guiding the groups around, thanks to all of you.
