Connecting With Nature At Home:

Conservation Week (Online)

Conservation Week is moving online, and the Brook Waimārama Sanctuary are pleased to present a collection of fun activities for kids to connect with nature at home. Whether you head into your backyard to discover what critters and soil types live there, or get crafty making a wētā mask, there’s plenty to do to keep kids entertained this Conservation Week.

Make sure to document your discoveries and creations and share them with us! Email the Sanctuary at educationsupport@brooksanctuary.org.nz

Please follow the link to our website where you can find out more information and download the activity booklet for free.

Let’s connect with nature this conservation week – it’s all around us in one way or another!
